Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit her gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She was awarded her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. She continued where she left off in previous events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing new goals every year. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than happy of her performance. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps impressing with the best version of her body every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The way she achieves this is through supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
